WHAT IS THE YOGI BRAIN?
We use yoga, social emotional learning, & mindfulness to cultivate a resiliency to stress, regulate emotions, and promote physical health.
The Yogi Brain teaches children and adults the tools through yoga, social emotional learning, breathwork, and meditation to be the best version of themselves.
These tools provide insight to how they handle and cope with their environments.
The purpose is to guide our community in regulating their emotions, reduce anxiety, be resilient to stress, while promoting physical health.
Yoga and mindfulness teaches us to be patient, to focus, to persevere, and to work towards our goals.
So that we can be the best version of ourselves.
